TSE R14 and R25 value?

What effect does changing the value of R14, and are 25 have. I wanted to use a 36K, but I am using Caddock MP925's and I have a choice of 33K, or 39K. My B+ is running a little on the low side of what I want with a 36K resistor in these places. When I put in the 33K Caddock it dropped a bit further. So I hoping that the 39K will raise my B+ a little. But what other effects might this cause? Anything negative? Thank you all.
