Default Second Layout

Here is a second thought, I don't know that I will like the PT being up front.
Will the 1.5" spacing and rotation of the PT be sufficient to keep noise away?
Would I be better off the first way.
These layouts are to scale and the top plate size is 10"x14".

It might be noisier, but it certainly looks better...

SO my OPT's should be arriving on Tuesday.
I was looking through the datasheet on them and I see there is a 40% screen tap on them.
Does that mean they are capable of UL mode?

Default Final Layout Mockup

Here is my final layout for the Tubelab Simple P-P.
I have a beer can representing my MR cap even though the MR cap will be 1 inch taller than the beer can but they are the same diameter.

I think you should open a few more model capacitors and see if there is a better one for your mock-up.

Seriously though, very nice. Where will the Triode/UL switch go?
