Do you have an aux film cap attached to the PCB? If not, C2 deserves some consideration.

You have a pretty good cap for C10/20 already. I honestly don't know what to make of the KZ series. Other than some vague statements, there is not much on the data sheet in the way of specs. The PW that you have shows the specs for impedance and ripple current, since they are designed for power supply filter use. C10/20 are, effectively, power supply filters. They hold the cathode voltage steady as the current through the tube varies. They are coupling caps in the sense that they AC-couple the cathodes to ground.

Using this cap in parallel with the last cap in the PS reduces the output impedance, increases the capacitance of the PS and would certainly assist an average cap in the last PS position. Cornell Dublier LX series caps in the PS are an excellent choice.
