EDCOR xpw wiring to Simple SE

Hi,
I have the XPWR059-120/240 from Edcor to wire to the Simple SE PCB
The wiring colors are bit different from what declared in Tubelab's site.
Wondering which color in Edcor is the "red and yellow wire is the center tap for the high voltage winding" is it the high voltage CT ?

Edcors colors :

Red/Black - CT of 750V
White/Yellow - CT of 6.3V
White/Brown - CT of 5V

The first one(Red/Black - CT of 750V). From your post, it is the "0" in 375-0-375 on the HV taps.

Yes, Edcor tends to use some odd colors for their wiring. Many manufacturers adopted a standard of sorts, but it wasn't always followed closely. The traditional colors for the various windings that George makes references to are:

- High voltage: red with a striped CT (red/yellow, red/black, etc); bias tap is optional (orange or striped)
- 6.3V heater winding: green or brown; CT is optional (green/yellow, brown/white, etc)
- 5V rectifier heater winding: yellow; CT is optional (yellow/black, yellow white, etc)

You just need to make the translations when you are looking at an Edcor or some other transformer that does something different.
