In the SSE manual C12 and C22 1500uf in the parts checklist shows a voltage rating of 50V but the purchase parts list it is 63V. Which one is correct or can either be used ?

Either can be used in most applications. If you are going to run KT88's at 100+ mA the 63 volt cap is a safer choice since the caps might see over 45 volts with some tubes.
