Hello again guys!
If I can use 6550/5881 on my SSE amp, why not KT-66? B+ is 425 and Rk=560 ohms. thanks Abe |

When I use 5Y3, I have VP=332, and Vk=26. At Rk=560, I am getting: Pd=(332-26)*(26/560)= 14.2 watts. According to KT-66 data when use as a triode, Max Plate is 400 and Power Diss(Pd) is 25 Watts. I will try it. Thanks again! Abe |
