Default 6CD6GA for the Simple SE?

I know there are some issues with these, but I happen to have some. Good idea or not? I'd keep it under 5-7 watts each probably. Mine are Dupont and I don't know how they compare with the RCA's and others. I have an extra 6vac xfmr for the filaments.

Any experience with these enough to advise?

Thanks

It would probably work fine as a pentode.

The screen rating is 175 volts. The screen voltage is the biggest obstacle to using the sweep tubes.
