OPT vs tubes

You don't need to worry about leakage flux from the OPT unless the OPTs are really undersized and will be driven well into saturation. Even then, distortion will be so bad due to the oversaturation that whatever leakage there may be will not even be a factor.

The thing to worry about is the PT. It is often driving into saturation due to the switching currents and so forth. Keep the PT as far away from everything else as you can, especially the OPTs and any input signal wiring.
 
My SSE is as silent and hum-less as a tube amp can be. The image shows a good separation of the PT (left side of PCB) and the OPT's (right side of the PCB). If you have this much room in your chassis, a layout like this will help mitigate EMF issues.
