Ok Mouser is out of the Fairchild Stealth ISL9R8120P2. Anyone have another alternate for this? I had the IXYS Hexfreds in and they of course failed. Took me a while to figure it out since it happened when i put everything into a new chassis. Currently running my SSE with a 5v3a in it since i didn't have a 5AR4 available yet.

I think the Fairchild RHRP15120 is a suitable replacement. It has a larger recovery time (75ns vs 44ns) but can handle higher currents and would therefore be more robust.
