Hello, please check this numbers for SimpleSE transformers, will this work OK? Any suggestions ?
5V - 3A
6.3V - 6A
360-0-360 - 200mA (2x100mA)
10H - 200mA
15W - 5K - 8 Ohm, single ended

Looks fine to me. What tube are you going to use? For 15 Watts it has to be a big one, or a pair of smaller ones. Maybe 6L6 (or variants)?
The 200 mA rating is a bit overkill.
