Power Drive Cookbook...Pages Missing?

Hi group. First off, many thanks to George for the tireless work that he so generously shares with us.

I'm interested in implementing a Power Drive follower for a low-voltage (550 V plate), A2, 845 amplifier. I went to George's website and found two pages on the power drive circuit, one of which is a cookbook: PDcookbook

This is a very welcome and informative page, but it appears to end abruptly - as it does not give examples for how one calculates the voltages, idle current and operating conditions for the FET. In addition, the main page describing Power Drive (PowerDrive) makes some mention of means for lowering the phase distortion of voltage-dependent load capacitance is discussed on the cookbook page. I also could not find any mention of this topic in the cookbook, so I'm wondering if a continuation page for the cookbook has somehow dropped off of the server, or is in a different location from where I'm looking? Or...perhaps the cookbook is still a work in progress and discussion of calculating operating points for the FET have not yet been discussed?

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
