is meaninglessness Boolean?

ASCII standard is arbitrary,
alphabets are arbitrary,
languages are arbitrary.
Also, the decimal system is entirely arbitrary.
The ancient Sumerians, for instance, used a base of 60.
Binary is a base 2, and pi is usually expressed in the base 10 (decimal).
Finding some sequence of numbers in one base (binary),
in a number in a different base (decimal),
makes that sequence even less meaningless.
Ah, but can something be "less" meaningless,
or is meaninglessness Boolean (i.e. binary)?
