I had one of a Raytheon paper weights, a flip-flop card assembly with three or four very early point contact transistors, some resistors and a couple caps. I had it for at least 3 decades, but it seems to have disappeared sometime in the past 20 years or so. Nothing lurking in boxes anymore after 14 years here.
My dad worked for Raytheon for a very short time in the very early 1960s, I assume that is where he got it. It was given to me as a birthday present when I was around 9 or so.
