Does this still hold true now that we have Einstein general relativity?

If an action is met with an equal but opposite direction, but since both are relative and not absolute, one action may not be equal the other if relativity is taken into account.

The total momentum is conserved in all reference frames.
That's because, in the center of mass frame, it's zero.

When it's about high mass moving at low speed in a closed system, then relativity does exactly this, i.e. ensures that the actions won't be altered by external forces. I guess subatomic particles moving at high speed is another thing.

I supposed an action caused by a feather is not the same as a rock for example. Intuition sometimes does not payoff.
