It's been my experience as a longtime car audio nut that if I'm playing something loud with a lot of low end that deer stay put as I get closer. I have never in 30+ years had a deer run in front of me when jammin' with a lot of bump and rumble. I have had lots and hit a few with the volume low or off. Here in central Michigan deer are plentiful.
Just wondering if other car audio enthusiasts have had the same experience?

Nothing will stop pheasants they just wait until they are sure you can't stop and then jump out.
I have spotted that they stick there heads out to watch you coming so that with good brakes you can avoid them.
The shooting community keep the deer off.
Some drivers do not know about the warning signs and can end up with one right through the radiator.
They also end up just getting a bit depressed like the one in my photo taken from a trail running close to a road.
