Jacco just for grins and ALL jokes aside, I am too old to start up a 750 or any other amp project, what is the max amp doable watt wise with Excellence as its core criteria?

Money not being a overwhelming impedance.

Dick Sequerra did the Marantz 10B before he did Sequerra FM 1, but cost was not a factor when he did it, the best design was.

This was my largest. Weighed around 130 pounds, 120 watts a channel using 6336A tubes. Sold it and of course it went to Texas!
If brute force doesn't work, you aren't using enough of it!

Does the one Farad cap bank I built for a 200W sub amp count? It was a 7U cabinet but that included the light bulb soft start.
