Thanks Jacco. I do love meat on a spit! A couple of weeks ago I roasted a pork loin roast on the rotisserie, and I have done some beef roasts as well, and the Easter lamb leg was fantastic. Having the proper rotisserie burner on the bbq means no flare-ups and charred meat.

Mmm, charred meat...

Have been enjoying the remnants of a particularly good pizza I got the other day, had roasted red bell peppers, carmelised onion bits, goats milk cheese on it.

mum made her classic chicken soup, I added about 2.5 grams of rock salt and black pepper to it to give it some taste.

She doesn't use enough stock cubes because of her intolerance to salt.

Yesterday was Midsummer Eve and traditions over here says HERRING and ice-cold vodka.
Today I felt for a strawberry fromage but I guess it ma too much of the tasty stuff ...
