I rely on the QFC most of the time. Smoked pork chops, imature spinich, and leftover pasta.

I like the idea of pork chops done ham style. We don't seem to have those locally. And spinach, have you ever done Gomae? See posts 386 and 391. Really good.

Beef chuck eye - what is that? So my tactic is to marinate for 1.5 hours in soy sauce and lemon, then broil, but not too long. Is it going to be any good?
I know I should have a bbq, but that is on my shopping list.
