mmm dr pepper. so expensive down here.
.
My local shop goes through phases of it being £2-30 and then £1-15.
I usually just buy a cheap coke if it is at the higher price.
Jim - there are no doubt similar horror stories about excess consumption of any intoxicant - ethanol or otherwise. I might even have some myself, but am now thankfully of an age where I can invoke short term memory loss enough to be selective about when they'll be recalled . I think that's called "pulling a Sessions"
I haven't been feeling to great today and may be coming down with a virus.
I'm drinking cheap brandy with honey and lemon juice.
Its that time of years again.
I have had a bad chest for 3 days now and tonight its turned into a head cold too. On the bright side the sneezing is starting to clear my chest !
So you think tequila can do things to you - try Inca Pisco. When I was in my twenties a friend in the merchant marine brought back a bottle from either Peru or Chile.
We imbibed and some time later someone suggested going to the pub - we did and I nearly got barred. There was this barmaid who was very well endowed. Apparently I leaned over the counter and tried to grab with both hands.
Next day when I had learned of my behaviour (I remembered zero) I returned, red faced, with a bunch of flowers and was forgiven and got a kiss - Inca Pisco - you ought to try it but if you venture out have a strong minder with you.

Ohh, yeah.
They were almost out of my favorite coffee last time (organic Mexican, French roast), so for the last batch of Jim's Iced Cowboy Coffee, I had to mix in about 3/4 of a pound of something else that I thought might be close. It wasn't.
Back to the good stuff this week. Dayum, that's tasty.

VODKA, probably the best one to avoid that dreaded hangover.
There's been a Moscow Mule fad around here.
7oz Ketel One
28oz of Ginger Beer
3 Fresh squeezed limes
Ketel One Vodka | Premium Distilled Vodka | Official Site
Other quality vodkas work fine also.
Don't forget the copper cup!!
