15th January 2018, 03:49 AM - You can see that I need a Japanese diet pretty quickly, I'm basically living off chips and thickshakes.
Riiight....19th January 2018,08:47 AM - My diet has changed since then for the better. check out the last few pages of the food thread.

Yes, our bacteria passengers control everything about us...physical health, cognitive ability, mood etc....and that of our progeny as it turns out.Speaking of gut bacteria, here is an article:

Interesting how the pharmaceutical 'cures' for gut dysbiosis and associated inflamatory conditions such as Chrohn's disease, 'leaky' gut, stomach ulcers etc are becoming recognised as being essentially useless, and that recognition is now being given to holistic treatments such as fecal transplantation.
Of course this is a new revenue stream for the 'medical' industry and therefore embraced, ditto the 'medical' marijuana industry.
A core reason for the modern epidemic in modern inflammatory disease is the advent and near universal adoption of modern chemical 'pesticides' primarily glyphosate and intimately associated GMO foods.
The world is victim of deep awful conspiracy perpetrated by the ag chemical industry and the EPA, whose approval procedures are arguably criminally negligent.
Is our current foods contamination situation borne of ignorance, or is it willful depopulation agenda ???.

Swedish post office threatens to add an import fee of $15 of all goods coming from Chian. Guess the capacity of dealing with all small parcels is very low, so instead of investing and make the system capable of handling the goods, they try to scare people away from Chinese sellers.
I love that - scialism in a nutshell ....

... and we also require 'living energy' which we get from live foods, ie salads.
This 'living energy' involves the concept that water has 'memory' of provenance and is not to be dismissed.

One of the scariest of recent dietary fads is "raw" water - which needn't be investigated even at the microscopic level to see it's "alive" in all the wrong ways.
If my tax dollars didn't have to pay for the inevitable health care costs of those hipsters paying $50 or more a jug for this stuff, I'd be inclined to say they get what they deserve ...

Did not buy it today...but recently got everything together for my STX format PC.
This is the star of the show in this little pc. Since it really makes it boot up fast and will load Visual Studio projects fast.
Decided to add picture of the pc with a highlight marker for scale.
Processor is a G4560 (Lots of value for money)

Spent most of the day together with an old friend and even though I didn't buy anything I still spent gas for 60 miles (some on a small dirt road unplowed/un-sanded/saltet in dense forest - but a Peugout 206 is the best car for rough terrain ), so what he gave me is still considered a "purchase":
- A teak case that once held a speaker but will propably hold a simple tube amp.
- Some metal chassis, my friend's father once maid.
- An Inertia turntable with a detail holding the arm in place broken. Either something to be fixed with some aluminium tubes or parts 3D-printed.
