I have 30 pairs of these for sale (same parts as Quasi was selling a few days ago - you beat me to it!)
These are genuine Sanken transistors, and I have the mica insulators as well if needed - but its easier to use a strip of silicone thermal pad (the bergquist stuff) I'm selling these for £5 per pair, plus postage. They are Hfe grade 'Y' -> Hfe = 50 to 100. Thanks, Len. |
