The amp is the optimized Morgan Jones design from headwize; yes I built it. Tubes are three 6DJ8--two gain stages, phase splitter and PP-output. Volume control is one of the low-cost Chinese stepped attenuators that were labeled as fake Alps... Ground loop breaking circuit, choke filtered power supply (CLCRC), bypass capacitors are Solens. Exterior is wood and copper; bottom is clear acrylic. Works good with 32 ohm, but as it's an OTL amp it's at its best with high impedance headphones, like the included HD-580. Selling these as I'm moving to electrostatics. This set has about 200 hours of use on it. Would fix any problem for free. Vancouver buyers preferred! Asking $300 total for the set.

Oops mistake in price! The $300 is Canadian; it would be $270 US.
