I'm searching for the same parts, so please don't hesitate to mail me if you have all or even only some of them!

Thanks a lot! Hannes

You won't be able to find 2SK170GR with Idss = 2mA. Idss of 2SK170GR ranges from 2.6mA to 6.5mA.

I'm having trouble finding them. I'd be glad to match them myself. I may have a source for the 2SK170GR, but still cannot find the others. Do you have any good sources I could order them from that can ship to the US?

Thanks!

thanks mlloyd! Problem is, that they don't seem to differentiate whether or not the 2SK170 are GR, BL, etc.

I'm really having the hardest times with the 2SC1844 and 2SA991, and will probably just substitute the BC550 and BC560 here, unless there's a compelling reason not too.

You don't seem to know, others can't tell you as you're not mentioning what you need the parts for.
Judging from your Idss comment, you're also not very familiar with JFETs.
I'd be more concerned about the 389BL, do a search and you'll find out why.
Depending on the main important parameter, there are 20 cent replacements for the 2SA991/2SC1844.
The NECs aren't that great, you can order them at electronix.com in Ohio.
You can get either BL or GR version 2SK170s for half a buck at PacificSemi in Vancouver.
Lots of places overhere that sell those numbers, but you'll pay three times their value, not worth it.
