Slim Devices Squeezebox 3 Wired
I bought this last May and have enjoyed it and it works great. But have gone back to my own custom linux based jukebox. Less than 1 year old and includes everything and in original box. I'll throw in a 30 foot purple cat-5 cable for free. Black and silver model: $175.

These are a lot of fun and work very well. I recently purchased one and run the server on a Linksys NSLU2. $175 is a very nice price, too bad this didn't come up a few months ago.
