I have a pair of these to move cheap.
Although virtually unused, I did truncate the frames leaving one flat side on each.
This would run them with less offset to the mids, but if you have a pre-configured hole you might have a tricky time mounting them.
when i used monacor waveguide to esotar tweeter
i replace esotar disk and make it duplication disk
than i make a hole for esotar and hole for waveguide
Thanks, I did drill out the back, which filled the gap with fillings (no surprise really) but I think I have most them all out; going to try a drill technique next.
I'm thinking a 1/2" hole thru, with a added wood/wool chamber won' do much though.
