That iron is hard to beat for the price. I've been using the older model for two years now and my only complaint is that the paint is peeling off the soldering iron holder, but that doesn't hurt the functionaity of the iron at all.
Get that and a couple spare tips and you can get a decent cheap digital multimeter for free too. Pretty good deal if you ask me.

The cable could be more flexible. If you'ver ever used similar style Hakko or Weller units the cable feels almost exactly the same. The Hakko stations we just got at work with the same specs are only slightly better quality but cost twice as much. The Hakko tips cost a bit more than the CSI tips too.
