Hi, I have -

25 – MJL4302A OnSemi
25 – MJL4281A OnSemi
25 – MJE15034 OnSem
25 – MJE15035 OnSemi

That I would like to trade for either (50) IRFP450 OR (50) 2N3773..

I can trade you those for MJ21195/96 or even some classic Toshiba 2sd424 2sb554's.

Hi K-amps, maybe but I need some help. Quasi made a power transistor variant of his NPN Mosfet amp using NPN 2N3773 power transistors seen here

He mentioned that 2N3773 can be used or similar, would your MJ21196 be interchangeable w/ the 2N3773??? And would you have 50 of them???

The MJ's would be better. They have better gain linearity, higher Vce and Iq. You can have less of the MJ's for a given output. They'd be more reliable too.

I have over 100 of the same batch, infcat off the same tray.

One issue, I will only sell 95/96 pairs or I would have 50 95's that no one wants :-)

I have a bunch (around 30 or so) of IRF350's same batch run and a few IRF340's in the TO-3. Could dig up some IRF730 in TO-220.
Not many plastic devices sorry.

I'm interested in trading for MJE15034/35 drivers and a bunch of complementary ON semi output devices TO-3 only. Can also buy if price is reasonable/good.

What would make it worthwhile to you for 50 each of your MJ21195/96??? My - MJL/MJE's are from the same batch as well.
