Specs seem strange, any idea what they'd be good for, (don't seem that good for getting bass out of)

They are superb in horns, my son has four of them in a pair of highly modded Altec 210 boxes. Amazing bass and dynamic sound crossed out at 1900Hz to JBL 2482's on the old 2350 horns with lead coating to the outside.
