I think the pre is for 110v use(of course)....
I'm interested but I need 220v (for Italy).

In my experience if you see internal schematic of LM3875 you'll see differential transistor input pair it can be use with output of Threshold Fet 10/HL because it used transistor too.

Ofcause my power supply used low impedanced source (transistor drive) it very speed high frequency and tighly bass.
