WTB: Matched IRFP240 (16 off +?)

VGS matched to within 100mV. Any suggestions where I can get these without buying a large batch and matching myself. Don't mind paying international postage.

Although I need 16, a few spares may be prudent!

to match that precisely you have to maintain a uniform time for each device AND uniform temperature, otherwise you're just fooling yourself. From a statistical standpoint it should be possible with one tube of 25 pieces to get +/- 0.1V, to match 16 pieces to +/- 0.01V you need about 100 devices.

fwiw, i match mine to 10 millivolts using a 1 amp constant current source (a Tektronix PS5010). Nelson shows a car battery and a resistor

As I bought 2 complete sets - 320 fets in total - I still have 240's matched within 20 mv.
