I have four 2SC3997 NPN triple diffused planar silicon transistors designed for "Very High-Definition Color Display Horizontal Deflection Output Applications". I'm sure they could be used for lots of other thing, like a high voltage regulated supply or something. These are used but work fine.

All I'm asking is shipping cost to wherever you are or maybe an OPA2134 in trade. I hate to see parts I'll never need just sit around.
