Scan-Speak 25W/5565A00 4-Ohm 250mm (10") subwoofers

Up for sale is a brand new pair (2) of factory-matched Scan-Speak 25W/5565A00 4-Ohm 250mm (10") subwoofers. Optimized for high-end automotive applications and small 0.6 - 0.8 cubic foot (18 - 22 Litre) sealed enclosures.

The Scan-Speak 25W/5565A00 features a cast magnesium frame, stiff and heavily-impregnated carbon-fibre/pulp-fibre composite cone, resonance free rubber surround, low-loss linear suspension, long-throw all-aluminum voice coil, under spider and pole-piece venting, and Scan-Speak's patented SD-1 (Symmetric Drive) magnet/motor system which uses multiple copper Faraday rings and a symmetrically shaped pole-piece to dramatically reduce harmonic distortion and eliminating modulation and dynamic distortion.

A similar version of this driver is used in the Nova Evolution II and ProAc ER1 home subwoofer.

These would be great for IB (the reason I bought them). The also have a small mounting depth of 3.38" and need only 0.6 ft3. The specs look better the the Peerless XLS subwoofers.
