This piece of equipment needs to find a home. Rackmount Powerstrip with Master Switch This is a custom built powerstrip with AC Voltmeter and Master Switch. It features automatic power up. It has 10 AC outlets (2 Fixed + 8 Switched). It was built to automatically switch on a rack of audio equipment. How it works: The 2 Fixed outlets are unswitched. Whenever you turn on any device that is plugged into these outlets, the unit senses the current draw and will turn on the other bank of 8 Switched outlets. There is a defeat switch on the front panel which kills the switching function should this not be desired. In this mode all outlets are powered on all the time. * Digital Panel Meter Monitors Line Voltage * High Quality 15AMP Breaker Switch (Front Panel) * Solid State Relay Switching * EMI Filtering + Surge Protection * Teflon Wiring This controller was built around a high quality HP equipment case. There's lots of room inside if you want to put in a toroidal isolation transformer to isolate certain pieces of equipment from the mains or EMI/RFI filter.
