Ruach, the 2SK147 and the 2SK369 are supposed to be the same J-fet, but in different cases. I am lucky to have a small supply of the 2SK369's, but dont mistake its numbers for a SK389
If the 2SK147 family has a SJ counterpart, I do not remember. Steen |

Steen,
Complementary of the K147 is the 2SJ72. Finding K147s is hard, sourcing J72s even harder. The 2SK369 doesn't have a complementary, they never made a small case J72 version afaik. A dual K147 is the 2SK146, dual J72 is the 2SJ73. (i'm fortunate to have a couple of J73/K146 to try my luck on Curl's Vendetta)

Hi Luke,
I don't sell used JFETs. Which JFETs did you buy from me? Let me know the part number and the quantity purchased. I am curious as to what do you mean by used. Thanks. |
