Hello,
Have decided to clear our some of my spare audio units. This is a 300W rms per channel amp into 4 ohms. It works fine but there is a few scratch marks here and there on the case. It uses the Hitachi lateral mosfets types. Could possibly be used to drive a passive subwoofer where really high quality amplification is probably not needed. Then use a high quality Class AB amp for bass units and Class A amps for midrange and tweeter duties. I persoanlly prefer speakers which are segmented and driven by there own amps. Here is a link to the manufacturers website. http://www.bkelec.com/Pro/Amplifiers/Mxf600.htm It costs over £300 new. I am looking for £80. |
