From french army amps. These were made in december '61. 6k6 plate resistance Raa so very suitable for 2 x 6L6. Secundary they have 500, 250, 30, 15, 8 and 4 Ohm connections.
Very rugged build quality. They are also impregnated and have no rust whatsoever. I recall they measure quite well but I do not have absolute numbers anymore. 75 Euro a pair shipping excluded.

they don't happen to have ultra-linear taps on the primary, do they?

They`re probably well suited for guitar tube amps, as they don`t need ul taps, don`t they...so the output stage crossover distortion is quite limited.
