You really need to improve the contact details and reply to emails
Or find someone who can My partner company in the UK would like to do some advertising with you via Banners etc

Have you tried the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page? That's a link to email the webmaster.

I Have tried twice over the last 2 weeks and had no reply.

I'm not certain, but I think the webmaster has been doing a major system overhaul in the last two weeks and has probably been busier than a fish out of water.
