Hey IIR,
Did you get these from Re-Elco in Salt Lake City? I bought 4 of these there in the factory carton for 12 bucks each!! Great transformer and works well in my Aleph 2's. Gives 43 volts per rail under load.

Mark, did you like the transformers in your aleph 2? Do you have any noticeable hum from your amp? I would be interested in where you bought yours, do you have a phone number to the store? thanks Mike z

Hi Mike,
I bought mine at Ra-Elco here in Salt Lake City. Paid 12.00 each! They don't have any more though. I think this is the guy that bought theor entire stash of them. They work fine and give + and - 43 volts at 120 volt input. Even at his price I guess its still an ok deal.........

The "769 VA" rating is hilarious. What's it gonna do at 770 VA? Blow up?

Their are a good deal though.
