Matched IRF FET's

All,

I can deliver selected FET's of the following types:

IRF610...selected to pairs within 2mV
IRF9610...selected to pairs within 2mV
IRF620...selected to pairs within 2mV
IRF9620...selected to pairs within 2mV

IRFP240 selected to pairs within 2mV
IRFP240 selected to group of 3 within 5mV
IRFP240 selected to group of 6 within 10mV
IRFP240 selected to group of 12 within 15mV

IRFP9240 selected to pairs within 2mV
IRFP9240 selected to group of 3 within 5mV
IRFP9240 selected to group of 6 within 10mV
IRFP9240 selected to group of 12 within 15mV

IRF9610...selected to pairs within 2mV 2 euro a pair
IRF620...selected to pairs within 2mV 2 euro a pair
IRF9620...selected to pairs within 2mV 2 euro a pair

IRFP240 selected to pairs within 2mV 4 euro a pair
IRFP240 selected to group of 3 within 5mV 10.50 euro per 3
IRFP240 selected to group of 6 within 10mV 21 euro per 6
IRFP240 selected to group of 12 within 15mV 42 euro per 12

IRFP9240 selected to pairs within 2mV 4 euro a pair
IRFP9240 selected to group of 3 within 5mV 10.50 euro per 3
IRFP9240 selected to group of 6 within 10mV 21 euro per 6
IRFP9240 selected to group of 12 within 15mV 42 euro per 12

They are tested on a automated rig, measuring the Ugs in mv. Each fet will get a 4 digit number representing the Ugs.
IRF's are tested at 20mA
IRFP's are tested at 200mA
The test is done @ 40deg C

Great. Two other questions:

What is the shipping cost for 12 FET to California, and are the 240's to-247 devices?

Up yo 24 devices will fit in a jiffy enveloppe. As long as it fits in the enveloppe, I will use a flat rate world wide of 8 euro.

I am thinking of building an Aleph-P based on Veteran's (Antoniak's) PCB. However FET matching would be too much for me, so I wonder if I would be able to buy closely matched MosFets from you?
