FS 2 pairs Exicon 10P16 and 10N16
I have 2 pairs of Exicon 10P16 / 10N16 Lateral Mosfet (Plastic). These are brand new still in plastic box and come complete with data sheets etc.
These replace Hitachi variants below 2SK1056/7/8 AND 2SJ160/1/2 Cost to buy new from Exicon inc Vat and PP is £34.60. Sell for £25.00 inc UK delivery Ian |
