Default IC: Looking to get my T-Amp modified

Hi, I'm looking to get my SI T-Amp modified. I'm looking to have the following done:

1 Upgrade input caps
2 Upgrade C10 cap
3 Upgrade connectors and new case
4 Upgrade Pot
