Hi All,
Another box from the attic, figured I'd see if anyone is interested... 2SA1302/2SC3281, 7 or 8 pairs. I bought them several years ago from Digikey, they measure ~5-7nf B-E, so as far as I can tell are genuine. if there are other reltively easy ways of telling, let me know and I'll test accordingly. 2SB554/2SD424 pairs, 18 pairs. These are working pulls from Adcom equipment that was being retrofitted with bigger devices. The largest group I have is a set of 10 pairs from a GFA565. Make me an offer. Since these are not available anymore price is hard to gauge, the motorola equivalents are between $3 and $5 each, but some folks seem to think the originals are better, so make me an offer I don't want to refuse. Those are good BJT's... too bad I have 30 pairs for the 424/554's myself or I would have bought them from you ;-)
For someone repairing Adcoms, these are invaluable as many fakes are sold. |
