Wanted - IRF520 or similar

Hi Guys, I need half a dozen or so of these switching mosfets for a project. I can swap for various opamps, bipolars or other stuff.

1@IRF540
2@IRF940
4@IRF9510
2@IRF9521
2@IRF250
2@IRF9231
that I don't plan on using. Anything there that you would use?
