I have for Sale:

- 1000 pcs. Fairchild FQPF3N40 1,6A 400V N-Channel Mosfet
20 tubes of 50pcs each
target price: € 20,- per tube

Fairchild Datasheet

- 1500 pcs. Intersil IRFP450 14A 500V N-Channel Mosfet
50 tubes of 30pcs each
target price: € 22,- per tube

International Rectifier Datasheet
Intersil Datasheet

I will only sell complete tubes, and only serious bids will be considered. Expect interesting discounts for larger buys. He who takes a complete lot (if still available), will have my preference over other buyers. The other buyers will -naturally- be refunded.

Payments are accepted through paypal, or direct money transfer for EU countries. I will mail the tubes after payment is received.
Mailing costs are for the buyer.

I don't want to be rude but those look like fake IRF450's. This is what a IRFP140n Looks like..

That is indeed the original International Rectifier IRFP450. Intersil is producing these fets under license. However minor, there are some differences between the two. Both the IRF and the Intersil datasheet are added for your reference.

I guarantee that these are genuine devices, puchaced through reliable channels.
