Want to buy the following:

Polypopylene Caps:
1) 1.5uf
2) 3.3uf
3) 10uf
4) 47uf
Prefer Solen; Jentzen, Dayton are ok too.

Non-Inductive Resistors:
1) 3.3 Ohms
2) 4 ohms
3) 6.8 ohms
4) 8 ohms
5) 15 ohms

Air core inductors:
1) 0.18 mH
2) 0.56 mH
3) 0.68 mH

16gage or thicker.

160V or higher on caps.

5W or higher on resistors.
