nyone got one each of these ICs and is willing to part with them for small money or just shipping cost alone ?

I don´t want to buy them new as that includes, shipping, handling, parts price, vat and other fees to be paid, which i wish to avoid.

If anyone have one each of these and want to part with them, just shoot me an email or and answer in this thread.
