"The Hewlett Packard HP 339A Distortion Measurement Set measures total Harmonic Distortion, True RMS Volts and has a built-in sinewave oscillator. This unit measures THD as low as 0.0018% over a 10 Hz to 110 kHz, including harmonics to 330 kHz. Distortion measurement range is 0.01% to 100% full scale. The oscillator frequency range is 10 Hz to 100 kHz. The output level is variable from 1mV to 3 V RMS into 600 ohms. Voltmeter range is 1mV to 300 V RMS full scale."
