Default IRFP 240 for sale

Hi there people

I have 5 tubes of 30 irfp240 for sale. They are from the same batch and are made by International Semiconductor. I would like 30 a tube i can accept paypal and post most places. They are unmatched and unused. As new.

no irfp 9240. But I may be getting some as theya re used in the Pass F1. I'll post if I do.


60 irfp240 have been sold so. 3 sets of 30 left.

I guess the reason you find lots of people looking but few buying, is that IRFP240 can be bought locally most places around the world for around the same price.
