Complete 2ch stk4191v amp/curcuit board w/lg heatsink and decent binding posts. NO power supply. Uses +-30 to 55volts. These were NOT tested. Data is readily available on the web for this chip amp. Good quality. $10ea plus shipping from zip 11782 N.Y.

What is an amp card? Is a power supply all that is needed to get this up and running?

technically yes , all you would need is a power supply. These units would slide in to a case with a central p/s. just remember these were not tested. thanks
