12- Lateral MOSFETs; 6ea: 2SJ49 (P) and 6ea: 2SK134 (N)
A complete set for an XL-280 or P-230 or other amplifier that uses 6 MOSFETs per channel and has 65 VDC rail voltages. These are 4 sets of 3 per set with all 3 in a set matched on Vgs. They are used but all have been checked and found working OK. Matching was done on my trusty Hafler MOSFET checker (see picture below). $80 for the set with free shipping to lower 48. PayPal preferred. Thanks for looking. |
